 Booking a treatment? Be sure to let the salon know if you want to pre book the relaxation room for after your treatment for your 20 minute slot that is included. And don't forget to bring your slippers/flip flops or sliders with you for when your inside! Robes included. Duo pamper packages, singular pamper packages and mummy to be packages are all available. PARKING/LOCATION: The location of the salon is easily accessible with a carpark to the rear of the salon, although this is not ran by the salon, we do have access to a QR code which you will need to ensure that you scan upon arrival of your appointment at the front desk. The location is also accessible by bus routes nearby and a safe crossing directly outside of the salon.

SALON POLICY: We want to make all of our customers aware that we do have a strict non refundable, non transferable deposit and cancelation policy regarding appointments. We require 48 hours minimum notice of a cancelation of any appointment; if a cancelation is less than the required time then there will be a charge for at least 50% payment at a minimum. We do not tolerate no shows for any appointment and this will come with a charge of the full payment which you will be directly contacted where appropriate. Any notice that is less than 24 hours, will receive a charge of the full balance of the appointment total. We rely on our confirmation link for appointments. All appointments must be confirmed with bank details but payment will not be taken until arrival of your appointment day. Any issues then please contact us directly. 

GIFT VOUCHERS: All gift vouchers are available to pre order and collect directly from the salon. They must be pre paid by bank transfer on the date of being ordered or paid for in cash on collection. Please pre order your voucher and allow up to 72 hours for collection. You will not be able to walk into the salon and have your voucher done at that time due to our salon being a one to one client based service and due to the high demand and busy schedule we cannot step away from our current paying customer when we are in treatment, however you can order and collect at a convenient time. Vouchers are available on all treatments but NOT products.
HOW TO USE: There are 2 different ways to use the vouchers, you can put a specific amount on the voucher and the treatments can be chosen by the receiver, or a specific treatment or pamper package can be bought for your person. Please contact a member or the team and we can direct you how to order your voucher and take the details necessary. EXPIRY IS 3 MONTH FROM THE PURCHASE DATE- This cannot be adjusted or prolonged and is strict policy rules to help our business run efficiently.
